How We Work


Delivery Services

We deliver 6 days a week except holidays. Our vans cover our routes daily.

There is no need to be home to use the service. No minimum required.

Our free pick-up delivery service can be regularly scheduled for once or twice a week, or if you prefer you can simply call us on demand.

Choose a weather-safe location to leave the bag and our driver will pick-up or deliver to that specific location. Or give us a key or code to a garage to use as a pick up/drop off point. Every time we pick up the bag with clothes we will leave another bag for the next pick-up. If you do not have a MID-ATLANTIC CLEANERS bag, just leave your cleaning in a plastic bag in your usual drop-off location. Please be sure to mark "dry cleaning for MID-ATLANTIC CLEANERS" on the bag in large letters.

Our driver will pick it up and leave a bag for your next order.

Special Instructions

If you have special instructions, please place the note with your order in the bag and we will follow them to the letter or you can call the office at any time with additional instructions.

You do not need to point stains on garments, because we check for stains on every garment we receive.

Our Holiday Policy

No service available on the Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Yom Kippur, Rosh Hashanah and Thanksgiving Day.

We Will Always Forward Advance notice of any changes on service days.

Weather Conditions

Please tie top of the bag with a drawstring as tight as you can regardless of weather condition. 

Although our bags are rain-resistant we strongly recommend that during inclement weather you place the bag inside of a plastic bag for better protection.

Place the bag away from the unprotected edge of the porch. Depending on the drop-off point you choose, we may use an extra plastic bag on the returned order for better protection against water damage.

During the stormy weather we continue our delivery service if it is physically possible and safe.
